www.sophyline.com is a ready-to-wear wholesaler exclusively reserved for fashion professionals. Article 8 - Delivery and deadline


www.sophyline.com does not do multiple submissions.


An individual order per delivery address is required.


If you want to send your order to several different addresses, you must therefore place an individual order for each address.


Two types of shipment:

1) Shipping costs paid to the carrier


Sophyline.com sends you the package (s) by the carrier that the customer has chosen. The order will then be invoiced without transport costs, in postage due type, since the customer will pay them to his carrier. Upon receipt of payment, sophyline.com will only have to contact them for the removal of the package (s) within 24 working hours.


If the customer chooses the UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or TNT carriers, the customer must organize their own shipment since they require a special slip which must then be affixed to the package (s).


After 24 hours of validating your order, Sophyline will send the customer an E-mail with the details of their package (s) and the pickup address. The customer can then call their carrier to ask them to pick up the coli (s).


2) Shipping costs paid to Sophyline.com


SOPHYLINE allows you to benefit from preferential rates. This is usually the cheapest if you only have one package for delivery. The price of transport is calculated approximately on the weight of each package and according to your geographical location. Delivery is made within 48 hours for metropolitan France and within 5 days for the European Union. You can track your shipment on the internet using the tracking number located on your order. Transport costs will be invoiced by SARL S.F MODE(Sophyline).


Your package will be delivered to you once you have validated and paid for the order. The package will be delivered to the address you gave us when you registered.


SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline) declines all responsibility following a delivery error linked to an incorrect address communicated by the user customer.


Thus SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline) is released from any penalty and transport costs if the customer turns against it.


However, you can give us the contact details of your carrier with which you are accustomed to working. In this case, the order will be invoiced without the shipping costs. Once the package is ready, sophyline.com will contact the carrier in question, and the latter will collect it from our store.


The risks are borne by the customer user of the sophyline.com site from the moment the products have left the premises of SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline). In the event of damage during transport, the user customer must protest against the carrier within 3 days of receipt of the package. SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline) disclaims all liability related to the transport of the package.


In the event of force majeure such as natural disaster, epidemic, public transport strike, bad weather, etc., SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline) is released from any liability.

Any possible delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to claim damages from sophyline.com, nor to make withholdings or to cancel orders in progress.



Article 9 - Receipt of the package


Delivery is effected by direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient. In case of absence, the package will be delivered the second time.


The package is delivered to the customer at his own risk. Therefore, upon receipt of the package, you must check its condition and content in the presence of the carrier. SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline) declines all responsibility in the event of an anomaly in the parcel, for example, damage, damaged parcel, theft of goods, etc. Since this one will have delivered the parcel (s) in good and duly form.


It is therefore your responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make reservations in order to exercise any recourse against the carrier. The customer must then inform SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline).



Article 10 - Return and exchange


You can return the goods to us under the following conditions:


1) the customer must inform sophyline.com by E-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and give the reasons

2) as soon as he has obtained the agreement of sophyline.com, he can return the package, and must communicate the return number which will appear on the package

3) Items must be in their new condition and returned in their original packaging

4) no inscription must have appeared on the label, for example: price, reference added by the customer, etc.


If and only if the customer obtains the agreement of sophyline.com within 48 working hours of receipt of the package, it may benefit from an exchange or a credit note.


If the customer has benefited from a reduction on the goods during their purchase, the credit will take into account the price paid in the order and not that displayed on the site.




Defective products will be exchanged within the limits of available stocks. If the product turns out to be unavailable, a credit note will be offered to the customer.


With the exception of defects, the costs of sending the goods to be exchanged are the sole responsibility of the customer.


The cost of returning the goods will also be borne by the customer.


The 4 aforementioned conditions must be met to obtain a credit or an exchange.


Our return service will carry out a quality control upon receipt of the returned items. SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline) thus reserves the right to accept or refuse the returned item depending on its quality.


Any voluntary degradation on our products demonstrating the bad faith of the customer will be the object of cancellation of the account on the site sophyline.com and of legal proceedings.



Article 11 - Disputes and liability


Sophyline.com is only bound by an obligation of means. The contractual information is written in French and governs under French law. SARL S.F MODE (Sophyline) declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance with the regulations of a foreign country.


All disputes between the parties that cannot be settled amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment used.
